Perisher Lodge
The Perisher Lodge is in a particularly beautiful and tranquil location being away from the main traffic of the valley complex while still enjoying easy access to skiing facilities. The lodge is situated near the Pretty Valley Chairlift between the North Perisher T-Bar and the Interceptor Chairlift.
On arrival during the ski season the Lodge is only accessible by over-snow transport which guests arrange at the valley complex.
Once there the Lodge is easily accessible from the Pretty Valley Chairlift or overland from the area above the Sundeck Hotel. Access to Blue Cow and Guthega is an easy ski down to the Interceptor Chairlift and to the main Valley via the Pretty Valley Chairlift.
The Lodge encompasses the original 1955 stonework and the ground floor of the 1963 Lodge with the completely rebuilt top floor in 1997. Up to twelve residents can be accommodated with five twin bed bedrooms and two single bedrooms.
The top floor houses the five twin rooms with three bathrooms, a lounge / dining area with an open log fire, kitchen and a large deck with BBQ. Downstairs there is the two single rooms, a games area with table tennis and pool tables, a ski room, the laundry and drying room, wood store and work room.
The Lodge is run on a self catering basis, however linen is supplied, as are cleaning supplies and some basis condiments. Members are required to ensure the lodge is left clean for the next residents.
